Advertising Opportunities

Email Sponsorship:  Email sponsorship is based on the number of GHIMA members that you would like to reach.  Currently, GHIMA has over 3,000 member email addresses.  Based on the total number of email addresses, the advertising rate would be determined as follows: 30 cents per email address with a minimum charge of $350. (Example: requestor only requests to send to the 1000 active members with email addresses. At .30 cents/email that would be $300 but the minimum to do the e-blast mailing list feature is $350).

Advertisers may include a link to their organization website or contact person. The e-blast will include a disclaimer from GHIMA indicating that the e-blast content is a paid advertisement and that GHIMA is not endorsing the product or service. 

The GHIMA Executive Board reserves the right to waive or reduce advertising and promotional fees based on special requests from educational programs or other entities on a case-by-case basis.

Website Advertising:  $1000 for a 12 month banner ad (no larger than 468 x 57) on the main navigation pages (e.g., About, Careers, News, Products, and Job Board).

Banner specifications: Must be no larger than 468 x 57. Electronic artwork should be submitted in the following formats: GIF, JPEG, or PNG. For all options, storage should be at 72 dpi with indexed color. Adjust for sharpness, color balance, and contrasts if necessary. GIFs should not be transparent. Animated GIFs should be web-ready and have a time sequence of 10 seconds or less.

Artwork must be submitted via email to webmaster@ghima.org at the time of submission.
