Coding Connection?
This is YOUR newsletter. What is on your mind will be reflected here.
This bimonthly resource will be GHIMA’s connection to Georgia’s coding
community and hopefully be one of your connections to GHIMA.
Coders are in a unique position. It goes without saying that in coming
years we will see an increase in demand for skilled and specialized
coding. There is a famous quote, “Luck is what happens when preparation
meets opportunity.” We must make every effort to be prepared for the
coming opportunities.
The overall goal is to provide timely and relevant information for our
GHIMA coders as related to their chosen profession.
The GHIMA Coding Roundtable Committee (CRC) will present articles,
quizzes and any other resources to ensure that this goal is met.
We will need your input and support. Visit the GHIMA and Georgia COP
site on AHIMA often. If you see a survey or request please take the time
to respond. We are only as strong as our members.
