Our Year: For
purposes of dues payment and terms of office, our year begins July 1st
and ends on June 30th.
Continuing
Education: Our goal is to provide 3 hours of continuing education
credit at each of our quarterly meetings.
A continuing education certificate will be provided to all paid members
who attend. For those who have not paid the annual membership fee,
there is a charge of $5.00 per continuing education hour. A continuing
education certificate will be issued upon payment of this fee.
Payment of Dues:
Annual membership dues should be
paid in May of each year for the upcoming year, which begins in July.
Those paying dues at the May, August and November meetings will pay the
full amount of $25.00. Those paying dues for the current year at the
February or May meetings will pay $15.00.
Nominating Committee:
Our nominating committee begins in January of each year assembling a
slate of officers for the upcoming year. Ballots are mailed to each
member in March, and the newly elected officers are installed at the May
meeting. We encourage your participation as an officer or on a
committee.
Special Project: Our
Association has “adopted” the Ronald McDonald House as our special
project. We encourage you to bring an item to each meeting to assist us
in our support of this worthwhile project.
