Purpose: 

A GHIMA Mentor will provide insight into career paths and development for those individuals new in the profession and have indicated that they would like assistance from a mentor.

Responsibilities of GHIMA:

Provide the name and contact information of a mentor to individuals in the HIM profession who are seeking mentoring assistance.
